Magical Maharashtra gives the tourists an opportunity to visit many interesting places in the largest state of India, Maharashtra. The destinations to be covered as a part of the Magical Maharashtra Tour in India include Mumbai, Lonavala, Matheran, Nasik, Shirdi, Aurangabad, Pune and Mahabaleshwar.
Day 01: Arrival at Mumbai
To experience the Magical Maharastra, you will have to arrive at Mumbai. On your arrival you will be met by tour representative who will transfer you to the hotel. Overnight stay is scheduled at the hotel.
Day 02: Mumbai
In the morning of the second day of the Tour to Magical Maharashtra, you will be taken on a city tour which will cover a visit to the Gateway of India, Elephanta Caves and some other interesting tourist sites. Overnight stay is scheduled at the hotel.
Day 03: Mumbai - Lonavala
On this day, after having breakfast, you will be leaving for Lonavala. Lonavala is a beautiful hill station situated at an altitude of 622 meters above the sea level. Later during the day you will be taken on a trip to Karla, Bhaja and Bedsa caves. Overnight stay is scheduled at the hotel in Lonavala.
Day 04: Lonavala
On the fourth day of the tour you are free to explore the beautiful surroundings and then retire to the hotel room for an overnight stay.
Day 05: Lonavala � Matheran
In the morning you will proceed to the lovely locale called Matheran, which literally means jungle on top. The day will be kept free for you to relax and explore the beautiful surroundings. Matheran is a hill station situated at an altitude of 800 meters above the sea level. Overnight stay is scheduled at the hotel.
Day 06: Matheran � Nasik
In the morning of the sixth day of Magical Maharashtra Tour, you will be driven to Nasik. On your arrival check into a hotel and in the afternoon you will be taken on a city tour which will cover sites like the Sunder Narayan Temple, Sita Gupta Caves and Trimbak. Overnight stay is scheduled at the hotel.
Day 07: Nasik � Shirdi
In the morning you will be taken on a drive to Shirdi. On arrival, check into a hotel and later during the day you will be taken to visit the most reputed temple in Shirdi, "The Temple of Sai Baba of Shirdi". Spend your day at the temple and explore the surrounding. Overnight stay is scheduled at the hotel.
Day 08: Shirdi � Aurangabad
In the morning, you will be driven to Aurangabad, where on arrival you are required to check into the hotel. On this day you will be left free to explore the beautiful & serene surroundings of Aurangabad. Overnight stay is scheduled at the hotel.
Day 09: Aurangabad
In the morning you will be taken for an excursion to Ajanta caves. These are the Buddhist caves and are noted for the fine paintings. Return to the hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 10: Aurangabad � Pune
In the morning you are scheduled to visit the Ellora caves which are noted for the magnificent sculptures. In the afternoon you will be driven to Pune and on reaching there, you will be boarding a hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 11: Pune � Mahabaleshwar
In the morning, you will be taken on a city tour and then continue to drive to Mahabaleshwar. On arrival, check into hotel for an overnight stay. Mahabaleshwar is another hill station in Maharashtra and a popular holiday resort.
Day 12: Mahabaleshwar
Today is the twelfth day of the Magical Maharashtra Tour and on this day, you can enjoy some pleasant walks and good lookouts. The area has interesting historical connections and the Venna Lake is also an interesting tourist site. In the afternoon you can go to Panchgani which is a popular hill station and enjoys a beautiful location. Overnight stay is scheduled at the hotel in Mahabaleshwar.
Day 13: Mahabaleshwar � Mumbai
Today, early in the morning you will be driven to Mumbai. On arrival, check into hotel and get refreshed and go for a stroll on the beaches. Overnight stay is scheduled at the hotel.
Day 14: Departure � Mumbai
Today is the last day of experiencing the beauty of the Magical Maharashtra. You will be transferred to the airport to board the International flight.
