Palolem:
While driving to Goa from the southern state of Karnataka the nearest and reasonably well-known Goan beach is Palolem which is one of the most exquisite Goa beaches of white sand facing a blue bay between two headlands. There are small wooded islands on the northern headland that are simply awe-inspiring, and in case you are interested, then you can try to convince one of the fishermen to ferry you across. This spot is also famous for dolphin spotting. Varca:
Among the other Goa Beaches in India, Varca has developed a character of its own. For the present, it is sought after by holidaymakers seeking seclusion and tranquility. It is characterized by casuarinas and is long, clean, and pretty isolated.
